Francois Dominique

Francois Dominique is a Haitian artist born on September 1, 1946, in Milot, near Cap-Haïtien. He began his artistic journey in 1967, studying under the famous Haitian painter Philomé Obin, though he has since developed his own distinctive style that diverges from the typical Cap-Haïtien school. His works are known for their vibrant depictions of Haitian life, often portraying local scenes with bold colors and intricate details.
